Aftermarket (Fiamm) Horn Install on XD2 - Submitted by Rdizziedog and SuperGLS Tools needed: 10 mm socket Wire cutter S Phillips Head Screwdriver Electrical tape 1. Open the hood. Disconnect the battery. 2. Remove the ten plastic (10) screws that hold in the plastic shroud. 3. Remove the five (5) screws that hold on the front grill. These screws are in the back of the grill. 4. Remove the bolt that holds on the horn bracket. 5. Unplug the wiring harness. Set aside the OEM horn. 6. Cut the two wires that run into the OEM wiring harness. Then remove the covering from the end of the wires. 7. Attach the provided clips that will connect the wires to the new horn. 8. Once they are attached, simply bolt the new horn into place. 9. Put the grill and plastic shroud back in place. Done.
