Tools needed:

Note: These tools should be available to rent.

Fender Lip Roller
Heat gun

Note: This can only be done to the rear fenders as there is no lip to roll in the front.

1. Loosen the lug nuts on your rear wheels.

2. Jack up the rear of your car and place it on jack stands.

3. Remove the lug nuts and the wheels.

4. Install the fender rolling tool over the wheel studs and fasten it with the lug nuts. Then adjust the tool to get it started.

5. Heat the edge of the fender with the heat gun set to 300 degrees F (it can probably take more heat but I followed the sticker removal guidelines to be safe).



6. Release the parking brake.

7. Grab the arm of the tool and rotate it back & forth to start the initial rolling of the lip. Be careful not to bend too much at a time and check your work frequently as you go.

8. Readjust the angle of the wheel for a sharper bend and reheat and repeat step 7.
