2003 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback
How long have you owned your Elantra?
I have now owned it for two years. I bought it in July 2003.
Is there anything special, unique, or different concerning the history of your Elantra?
It's my first new car.
Honestly, what was your intention when you bought your Elantra?
When I bought my Elantra, I was really not going to buy this. When
I bought it, I was only 21, so I didn't have much money. I was going
to the Hyundai dealer to rent a cheap Accent. But when I got there, they
showed me the Elantra with a 0% financing ... I just had to do a test
drive and fall in love with it. 2 days later, it was in my drive way.
What was your intention after discovering EXD (or other Hyundai forums)?
Having a unique Elantra. One that its sure no one will have the
same. The forums show me that there was many parts available that I
couldn't get at some speedshops here in Montreal. So I wanted to do 1000000
modifications, inspired by the EXD Forums. (Admin note - THANKS)

Me, and some friends.
What do you like most about your Elantra?
First of all, the aggressive sound of the AOS cold air intake.
Then, the handling with the Eibach pro-kit and strut bars.
What do you like least about your Elantra?
Not enough power...
What modification is next for your Elantra?
Completing my custom work of the side skirts, remolding of the
front lip, it hit the floor and broke again. Maybe some soft decals (almost
same color of the car to keep it clean), underdrive pulleys, or a big bore
throttle body.
On a scale from 0-10, how would you rate your Elantra?
7.
Most commonly, what do people say about your Elantra?
"Is it necessary to take the curves that fast?" or "What is this model?"
Who is allowed to drive your Elantra?
Me, Me and me ... Lol, my girlfriend too (if I've been drinking).
What is the most outrageous thing you have wanted to do to your car that you have not been able to do?
TURBO!!! I would be so excited to have a little ppsssshhhh!
What kind of car did you own (or drive) before your Elantra?
1994 Hyundai Scoupe LS (really nice handling, DAMN transmission)
1992 Dodge Colt 200 GT (unbreakable, unbeattable, Mitsubishi motor rocks)
1988 Volkswagen Fox (The best first car, I did all my "tests" with this car)
Realistically, what kind of car is next?
I would like to get a real sports cars. With lots of HP or a turbo. Maybe the Accent SR, SRT-4...
