Would you like a Car Maintenance forum?

It has been suggested lately to introduce a new Maintenance forum to the site. Honestly, I had been thinking the same thing.

I imagined it for questions about motor oil, trans fluid, brake fluid, etc. It also makes sense to talk about exterior and interior car maintenance as well.

So, yay or nay?

I think it would help, and also save some people a few bucks if they knew how to do some of the simpler maintenance things themselves as opposed to paying someone else to do it

Yeah. It's a good idea. Sometimes I have oil filter questions and other things that aren't really naturallu aspired related....but they end up in that forum or off-topic.


If you do make a matienence forum super, you need to port some of the topics from the other forums to this new one (ford's oil filter comparison topic, and oil weight info and stuff.)

I voted yes but was thinking that the "help" forum probably contains a lot of the same posts that would end up there anyway....
