I emailed the seller of these on Ebay regarding the side impact airbag and these covers. He said they connect via velcro over the airbag. What do ya guys think of these? I was thinking Black with the gray or Charcoal inserts.

Sounds good. Go for charcoal with light gray inserts. That would look nice. I don't think it would look too nice with shades of gray that were too similar.

Those seats covers do look nice, for seat covers they really have a tight fit. I agree with RonnieSan....go with he charcoal w/gray inserts. I wish I had enough money to continuously mod my car....it will take a while on my budget!

These could make me go for "leather" in my car....
Its just that he says the covers are for Sonatas and Tibs also....aren't their seats designed differently than ours?....maybe the fit will not be so snug on our seats? He seems to be selling the covers for lots of cars...hmmm.
Otherwise, sign me up! Maybe I will give em a try anyway...its only $75

I was looking at these myself.

I think it's for multiple cars because of the covering on the rear of the seats. They look like a stretchy material, like spandex-like stuff. That would keep it tight on several different designs. I really want to order these, but just bought an 04 santa fe, so maybe I'll let someone else go first to be sure. $75 suddenly means a lot more than it used to.

Do you have pics of the rears for the seats?

Seats look good to me as far as fitting. you may want to ask him whether its ultra leather or just some other kind of pleather. If it's ultra leather def. get them, that is the BEST pleather you can get. hardest part of this will probably be the install, with trying to line it up. :D

Cool thanks! what about cleaning them, just water and soap?
And I know leather needs a lot of care, pleather would be no care?..:)

water and soap isnt really necessary, just some armor all is good :D. Lemme know how they turn out, and remember with upholstery you get what you pay for (going back to previous statement bout ultra leather).

Well I told the seller that if I like these seats that I was going to pass that knowledge on to the people on this site. When I get the seat covers ( which should be in a day or two I will put them on and let everyone know how they are. I will also see if I can get us a deal if we were to get a group buy together. They also make the rear seats for about 130 so I will try to work out a price if they will give XD members a deal or not. I can't wait to see how these things look. By the way I got Black with Beige inserts. I plan to make my door panels inserts black leather so they should look pretty sweet together.

Well I got these in the mail today. I put one on so far. They look and feel more like high grade vinyl than leather but I gotta tell you I really like the look. I got the black with beige inserts and it goes great with my car. They feel nice to sit in and they look nice to. There are a couple problems to expect which are just the usaully with seat covers. They don't fit perfect right away but these are pretty thick which is good. They should break in and form to the seat nicely. Plus when I leave them in the hot air they should shink to the seat alittle giving it a more fitted good. The back is that nylon strech material so they don't look as good from the back seat. I'm overall opinion is that I'm happy that I got them. I figure I'm going to let them break in and see how that looks. If they look even better (which they should) I will probably end up getting the rear section to. Then all I will have to do is my leather door inserts and my interior will be done. My friend is coming over tomorrow. I will ask him to bring his digital camera so I can post some pics hopefully.

OK good news people. I asked the guy that I bought the seat covers from if he would give group pricing and I gotta tell you it's a pretty good discount. These are the emails back and forth. Long story short.
Regular pricing is
Fronts 60+15 S&H = 75
Backs 130+15 S&H = 145
5 people
Fronts 50+15 S&H = 65
Backs 120+15 S&H = 135
10 people (great deal)
Fronts 50 Free S&H
Backs 120 Free S&H
Hopefully we can get some people interested in this. I love the fronts and still need the backs.

Dear iggeeseatcovers,
I like the seats and gave a good review on ebay and to the group of
people
I'm test fitting these for. I was wondering if you gave group pricing?
A
discount for 5 or more, 10 or more kind of thing. If so please let me
know
and I will get a group buy together for the elantra group I am part of.
It will probably be for full sets. (Fronts and backs) but if you
could
give me pricing for each that would be good to. Thank you for your
time.

Yea... if a group-buy is gettin together, it's definately time for some pics. Although it's a great deal on these seat covers, it's still a lot of money for something most have never seen. (And Ebay pics don't count... we need to see them in an elantra).

just do what my friend did...drive to wal-mart, buy a digital camera, take pictures, dump the pictures on the hd, drive back to walmart and return the camera. my friend actually didn't even leave walmart parking lot when he did that since he had a laptop with him :) walmart return policy is the best
