Has anyone bought anything from them? If so, how is their service?

I see they are located in Korea; how long does it take to get parts from them?

I e-mailed them with an accessories purchase inquiry, and they answered right away so far.

I hope you decide not to buy from them, their customer service is horrible and they take forever to ship. I personally will never buy from them again.

I've only ordered once from them, but I had no problems and very fast shipping.

From what I hear, SR is pretty hit and miss, some people have a good time with them, others bad. So I guess its up to you if you wish to try.

I've had no problems with them. Just make sure they have the item you are buying in stock, that usually helps avoid delays.

i think whatever problems they had before in the past might have been resolved... has anyone had any problems with them recently?

From all I hear they are hit and miss, with more hits than misses. As with everything the squeeky wheel gets the grease and people with bad experiences voice them loudly as a warning to others.

Personally, I'd try out a new supplier with something smaller and see how it goes for myself before I invest big $ into someone elses pocket.
