Pulled my drivers window switch down tonight to see how hard it would be to replace LED`s
Have to say it's not really that hard at all except for trying to get the actual electric mirror module out PITA

Not best of pics but here's a disassembled view

And here's a couple LED's you'll need to replace

I also pulled my clock down into individual pieces and have pics of that also if interested
Managed to get the plastic screen out with a scalpel and bit of gentle persuasion

I had a spare window switch so I tore it apart:

First you have to take it out of the door panel..:)
And then take it out of the plastic bezel trim
Pull off the window lock button, just a good tug and it will snap off. And it only goes on one way too.
Then take the back panel off the switches themselves
And then just pull the circuit board off and you can work on your switches.

Make sure that before you cut the heads off the LEDs, take note of the way the led polarity is. Reverse polarity will not work..wont hurt the LED but just pain in the *** to unsolder them again.
