complete BS. There is nothing that costs 30 bucks that will give you 20 HP. First of all, it says "up to 20 hp." This means that they're not being deceptive if you only get a 1/2 hp gain. Second, according to their site, this POS works by richening your fuel curve. It's been well documented that our cars run too rich as it is, and that resetting the ECU yields a leaner (and meaner) curve. Making your car run richer than it already does will COST you HP, not gain it.
