Dual Intake!

Here's one of my projects that I completted this summer.

I added a second 2.5" ram air intake to the oem air filter box.

The first thing I noticed after doing this mod, is how responsive the throttle is now. The engine pulls smooth and quickly all the way to cut off. And I 've seen a good drop in fuel consumption. City is about 9.2L/100km and I've seen hwy as low as 7.1L/100km. With our current gas price of $101.9/L, I'm pretty happy with the results of this mod. And it sounds pretty cool as well.

hmm interesting..so now you dont need a filter for a CAI, and you still get the effect. very nice.

if only i had kept the stock box, i might of tried that idea. oh well, looks like i'll be shopping for a y pipe or something off of the TB to try something similar.

make sure you put some mesh there or sumthin, so stuff doesn't go shooting into your intake.
