Where to buy or find door tweeter panels?

I have a 2001 Elantra GLS that does NOT have the tweeters built into the door panels. I have some 6.5" component MB Quarts I would like to install in my doors, but not going to work well unless I have the tweeter locations to put them in. Anyone got any clue as to where I should look to locate some of these besides the junk yard cause I doubt I will find much there.
