remove center console (6 screws), and reach in and feel around for the light. its a 194 wedge LED. heres mine...and its not this bright, its actually just as bright as everything else..looks great.

yeah you could use a wedge led, i just did a direct 194 incandescent swap and it comes across as a really faint blue, you can see it at night just fine, but you cant get brighter than the stock white one.

i got the 194 5 LED Matrix bulb in blue. i guess u already ordered though. its a bit tough to sneak your hand in the tight space, but just feel around for the light.

if you can't get it ask your girl because it is really easy with small hands, I had no trouble with the bulb but like GTSISL said it is really a tight fit. also you should put something like a piece of paper or something that can catch the bulb incase you drop it because it has a chance to go under your carpet when the center console is exposed.

okay, forget about feeling around for it, do what i did. take the entire sucker apart so you can get to the light easily. all you need is a flat head screwdriver to pry off the clips and then just change the bulb and snap back together. not hard, and a lot easier than feeling around for it.
