well this one doesn't have hookups for water, so i'd say that's a good thing!

although the infinity amps are supposed to follow that new ratings standard, i find 1300 watts on an amp with 3x30 amp fuses a little tough to believe. at 14.4v 90amps produces 1296 watts but that's assuming 100% efficiency. class d mono amps are usually in the 60-70% range.

all that being said, it'll still be a nice step up from the bazooka.

the bazooka I got didnt come with a thing saying how much watts. the infinity im getting is refurbed but is 2006 comp.. 1200-1300 = 600-700 watts to each sub which is 300-400 more then what im pushing to each 1230 infinity sub right now.. you guys think i should really go for it? its only $150-$200 depending on which I get (how bad cover is dmged) Iv been looking for one similier and the news are $400-$500 and other companies are same and even more..

Also my wires are a wal-mart 1500 or 2000 watt kit so it should hold this amp just fine? I might need a cap or battery because my lights dim a bit as it is now sometimes

I thought that a mono amp pushed the same amount of power to both subs, instead of dividing it in half like a 2 channel amp. I could be wrong though.

im confused... dont you have those infinity subs that are of 1200watts peak but 300watts rms? Which is technically wierd..?

you will be pushing quite a bit over the RMS rating there buddy...

yeah you will be fine with your kit.

the specs are 350 RMS and 1000-1100 max.. (these are infinity subs) it should work fine though right? :)

I would like some clarification on this as well...and what about when a 2 CH amp is bridged? Isn't the power halved when two subs are hooked to it?

it all depends in the wiring, if you are doing it in series or in parallel.
