Guys he is not asking about your comments on the direction he is going but rather on which product is the best.
Felex, I have heard only good things about Bazooka. And I had a friend that had the Bazooka 8" tube and it sounded real nice. Not alot of boom and was great for Rock and Country (not sure what type of music you like). The great thing about a tube is it is easy to remove if you need to put stuff in the trunk and they don't take up a lot of room when they are in there.

I have 2 8" self-powered tubes in my trunk. I don't rattle windows going down the street, but my music sounds clear and deep in the car. What's the point of rattling other people's windows if it sounds like crap anyway?
They're easy to remove, if needed, just pull the main plug-harness out of the tube, and it's uninistalled. I've only needed to remove them one time I think, partly because they take up much less room than a sub-box and the trunk is still useful, and partly because since I bought the Santa Fe, the Elantra doesn't carry big things.

you could get an Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1 and a .6 cu ft sealed box that will handle 350 continuous watts. and a 350 RMS amp from ebay all for less than the price of the 200W Bazooka ($300)

I had the basslink. It sounds good for the price and relatively takes up no room. It's an easy hookup, too. I opted for the basslink since it uses a 10" sub and 10" radiator (creates more surface area to move air).
