I've tried to a couple of times...
...but I'm yet to come across someone who speaks with the english tongue.
Shame really. They must be losing out on a lot of business.

Not that much. I'm sure if they were to do business outside of Korea that Korean business would still be 95% or more of their business.

But, I do agree that it sucks for us.

yeah, caus he helped me find out how much one of those 1/18 die cast XDs was, which i had to pass on b/c it was 100$

To begin with, I agree!
However, as you know, only 25% of the hyundai 'tuning'* community uses forums.
Also, Hyundai 'tuning' is increasing globally every year by 17%.
Therefore, the need is greater than what can be seen here, eclub, newtib, hp & etc..
In 5 years Hyundai 'tuners' will be commonplace. It's inevitable & a great thing, which I believe will lead to KTImall expanding their business to the global community.

*tuning, modding, etc...

I understand that's it's not all just EXD. Although, I think EXD is the 4th biggest Hyundai tuning site (HP, NT, RD, then EXD I think). Anyhow, who came up with the growing by 17% a year thing? Sounds interesting.
