Has any 1 put a 1.8 crank into a 2.0 and how did it work out?

what benefit do you see coming from this?

was reading older forums about changing rod/stroke ratio, and was not sure if any one actualy did it or not and how they made out.

You mean stroking the motor? Bigger crank and rods, not smaller.

I`m not sure I think smaller crank to slow rod speed? Help?

really low compression, and less power using our pistons and rods, or smaller displacement and less power using 1.8 pistons and rods. a waste of time really unless you were going to bore out the cylinders and get custom pistons and rods to keep displacement and compression, but lower piston speeds, even then its not a drastic difference. i think someone on rdtiburon was making some sort of 1.8/2.0 redz?
