Answer the question.. either before or after reading this..
Ok so as most of you know i sell on Amazon.com (just the small stuff, the other stuff goes to ebay). Anyway, this lady buys something from me yesterday or maybe the day before (cant remember exact date) and emails me.
First, after buying it, she asks if it will be here on Friday. This friday.. not next. I'm guessing she assumed that I ship within 30 seconds of receiving the order.
Second, I kindly explain to her that it will be there next friday because I ship via USPS First Class (3-6 business days). I also inform her of what she purchased (a game MANUAL). Maybe a couple hours later she leaves negative feedback on me and then threatens to get a refund back. Why? Because she made the mistake of buying a manual and not a game.
I don't get people. I wrote that it was a manual in the comments section (see: http://s1.amazon.com/exec/varzea/ts/exchange-glance/Y03Y3972444Y5641201 ). Why are people idiots? Can they not read? There's a comments section for a reason.
Anyway, I basically told her I'm not going to give her a refund until she removes that negative feedback. I have not earned that negative feedback in any way. I told her it will go out tomorrow if the feedback is not removed (all kindly, but how kindly can you really say something like that?)
People are idiots, and now i'm ending this paper. Hope you're convinced!
