Now, what I would like to know is, if the bypass valve fits, can I put it where the silicone connector is between the fusebox and the battery? I don't know where the cut is on the intake that I'm buying off this site, but I would imagine its in the same place.

I doubt that there will be any problem with putting it there so far as losing whatever power it has to stop the water. Just curious though, I would prefer not to make a cut in the intake.

Boom you are shot.

I remember 4myikka that attempted installing it where the coupler is between the battery and fusebox: it doesn't fit. Sorry Rob, you will have to cut it. Wherever you want. I suggest somewhere on that strait line before the coupler.

I just finished installing my 3" CAI and AEM Bypass last weekend and placed it exactly where asking about. It fit, a bit tight, but it fit. I'll post some pics when I get home to show you where it is...
