Wow a hyundai dealer do good.. is this a joke? but seriously my cars going to be in for 1-2 weeks getting the following problems fixed

Steering Wheel Spring (cruise control... blinkers all that junk.. caused my steering to be off alot to) whenever I would turn the wheel it would click also my steering wheel was leaking big amounts of fluids..

Driver Door Hinge, when you open my driver door on any kind of incline it automatically closes (hurt legs when working on dash rofl)

Trunk hits both my tail-lights when I close it -paints flaking off- (repaiting trunk lid and moving both tail-lights down)

Driver Seat rail being replaced because it was bent from factory (Quiet a few people have this problem where the seat moves 1-2 inches going/stopping)

Passenger Seat Bottom Cushion (stitched wrong from factory) Being replaced

04 GT Miles - 5,100

I'v had problems getting stuff fixed with this car before at the dealer, they have claimed for months my wheel was fine I had to finally take off the steering wheel shroud when doing my IGN led light to find hte fluid and notice it had been dripping out the bottom (on my mats to) also replacing one of my headlights they said i put aftermarket film or something on them that made them peel so i had to have my dad go up there to ***** at them since they wouldnt listen to me

didnt someone rear end you or something? that could have messed up the tail lights and the dealership could refuse to do work because of that. youll have to go back to the shop who did the work first

dealer doesnt have to know. they may run a carfax just to check it out and see if something happened. i know they told me when my headlight was foggy that they would run a report, see if the car was wrecked, and if not, would replace it.

Not saying it is, but could that be BS? Carfax costs money to get a report... if they run a carfax everytime then have to do a repair - that's gonna cost the dealer a lot... unless they probably have a subscription or free checks or something, since they are a dealer that would make sense.

some dealerships (usually used cars) keep a subscription to carfax to show potential buyers the history the car has incase someone asks
