the hatch one is completely strait from strut to strut. It will fit, don't worry. Yours is made for the sedan and has a curve that doesn't fit in the hatch.

I may get the rear too, but I'm not sure if it'll clear my amp and box, any idea how much space is between the bottom of the trunk to the bottom of the bar, and does it sit flush against the seatback or is there a gap?

I'm assuming that I don't need any special tools or random parts to complete the install, am I wrong?

When I installed the tib sway bar, the nasty understeer our cars exhibit was all but gone, but it was a bit of an adventure if you hit a bump or had to adjust your wheel while cornering... Now with the rear and front strut bars, the car does not seem to handle much better, until you hit a bump in mid corner or have to readjust your line through a turn... the car is much more "solid" and controlled.

Excellent product. The front bar (type B) clears the CC and does not put a dent in your hood... but it seems to fit a bit funny on the strut towers (it hangs off a bit, but it's no big deal...). The rear bar fits perfectly, but you have to cut a really small piece off your liner and plastic speaker covers for it to fit (it's really easy). If you own a hatch, get the rear bar for sure!

Motorimpact is a standup guy. I'm moving at the end of next week, and will not have a legitimate place to recieve packages until at least Feb, so he managed to get the suppliers to budge a bit on a single order. I think it still counts as part of the gb, so we should be right there now, or with the next order.

Once again, if you are thinking about it and you have a HB, get the rear bar, it's very well worth it, and the seller is very good about shipping once the $ is recieved.

although the rear deck already serves a purpose to keep the car more stable, the actual bar will still make a difference. There is always the bling factor. :)
