Zex Wet Kit Installed!

I had to do it. For the time being still I go turbo. I went ahead and ordered a Zex wet kit off of ebay for $509 shipped and a buddy of mine did the install for me. I never knew how much nitrous could be some much fun at a flip of a switch. I also took some pics of my Apexi S-AFCII and my new tires.

thats awesome dude. How is the safc workin out for ya? I have one but its not installed yet..i like how you have it above the mirror, thats different, you ought to get it dynoed sometime

www.Brauningmotorsports.com What a blast that was to sit there and watch some pros work with my Apexi S-AFCII for about an 2 hours. They did 15 pulls on the dyno. The 1st pull came too 126 hp, after all the tunning I am now running around with 130 hp and 116 pounds of torque. I can now feel power after 4,000 rpms and I am very pleased with the out come.

yeah. i would think w/ a beta swap w/ a his headers, SRI, im sure he has exhaust, and the SAFC tuning would make at least 130WHP. are you sure you were spraying on the runs? that seems weak

im not thinking how fast the car is, caus i know the accent is lighter, but how little HP hes showing got me

welcome to the wonderful world of nitrous :D its loads of fun. ive been thru 7 bottles already and the bottles keep climbing. what "shot" are you running? my xd seems to like the 80 shot jetting installed. well, good luck, and enjoy the spray.

Thanks everyone! I am currentlly running a 55 shot until I can up grade my stock fuel pump. I plan on going to the track this Sunday or the following Sunday to get some times with the nitrous. Right now am trying to get a bottle pressure gauge and a bottle warmer. As its getting cold and am pretty sure am not getting the total affect of the 55 shot due to the bottle being soo cold.

a 55 shot. man i switched to a higher shot just after my first bottle. once you go 80 you'll never want to go lower. and remember a 55 shot is about 15whp and 25wtq...if that. my 80 shot produced 36whp and 60wtq. but i also have an auto. it might be slightly higher for a manny.

My kit came with 55, 65, 75 So I shall try 65. then 75 once I get my new fuel pump, hehe . I cant wait. With 55 being a little good punch I cant wait to feel the next two.

dont trust zex recommended jetting guide for our cars. remember our cars run rich as it is. you should trim down the fuel jetting. look at the DIY, there is a jet chart that is almost perfect for our cars.
