Lol we see in the first pic that you cut off some parts (of the pic). Instead of cleaning the car, that might be an option. Heheh.

You don't have to cut anything the boot fits around it just fine.

thats the first thing i thought, i used to have a cheapo momo boot over my **** and i didnt have to cut it. but it looks really good anyway.

yeah but when you cut it they way he did...it looks official...not just slapped on there...you can still see the plastic raised ring around the boot like in a manual...

Looks like a very clean install. I would have never known it was an automatic.

Now that you've cut out that part, does it show what gear you're in on your dash?

Although it'd cost more than cutting your own, could you just remove the auto 'shift plate' and substitute in a manual trans part on the center console from a junker or something? Just because cutting is so permanent, and you may want to change it back (for resale/trade).
