wait, so your saying they got the mud all over your car???????
when they give it back it should be in the same clean condition you gave it to them in. they wont wash your car for free unless you're getting body work done

Did you take pics of the damage? And if not, do so now! And see if you can complain to Corporate Hyundai.

I've noticed that I hear a lot more complaints about dealers coming from you guys on the east coast and down south. I've never had, nor has anyone else I know around here with a Hyundai, any issues with any of the Hyundai dealers in this area.
I've got loaners the 2 times I asked for them, and never had one complaint. My dealer even washes and vacuums my car everytime it goes in for service, even if it's just an oil change, they still wash and vacuum it.
Have you tried any other dealers in the area, or just the one you got the car from? Perhaps you have one cheapo dealer who takes shortcuts?

the only hyundai dealership in leesburg was bought out by eastern motors (the wanna be carmax) and i really am satisfied with their willingness to at least look up parts for the tibby when i tell them that its for an elantra, but i really dont trust them to do work on my car... at least not yet. maybe when i get the money, ill get that airbag light fixed, i have no clue what it is (and its not the seat connectors)

Here's a dealer story - Brother-in-law bought a 02 Accent with 28k from Hyundai of Greensburg. 2k miles later, broke down in the Sam's Club lot, wouldn't start when they came out. Roadside assist came out, thought it was the starter, but the tapping trick didn't work. He had to tow it to the closest dealer, Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville, who diagnosed it as a seized engine and blamed it on him running it out of oil. Said warrenty wouldn't cover anything, they wanted cash just to open it up and give him and estimate. Had it towed on his own dime back Hyundai of Greensburg. They took the word of Cochran that the engine was seized, said it would be covered, gave him a loaner, and ordered the parts. 10 days later, they took a look at the car and discovered it was the starter after all. Took almost 3 weeks, but he got the car fixed. Took 3 months, but even got the 2nd tow from his insurance company, plus an extra $50!!
