Anyone know anything about this grill? its from Auto Accessories World, i think, but their site doesnt work well. I just want to make sure it fits before I get it. says it fits an 05, but i dont think they changed the grill from 04-05, did they? the guy either doesnt know much, or doesnt speak good english, because I asked if it came with the mesh, and he said "it comes with the grill, and actually the grille is included"...???

it should come with the mesh.. i dont see why it wouldnt. if it doesnt then it would (in a perfect world) say 'grill border' or something to that extent.. idk

I think that's a different seller, but it looks like the same basic grill. I'd imagine in comes with the mesh, email the seller.

i've been wanting to change my spoiler sooo bad
i remember when u recmomended the carbon fiber is300 spoiler but i was too scared to give it a try~!
but this guy actually claims that it will fit 05 sedan so...

i've been waiting forever for them to make an evo spoiler for +04 GT Sedans...

I just sent a mail to the seller asking 3 vital questions

1. Will this really fit 04 Elantra GT?
2. Shipping insurance isn't offered... what if the item gets damaged during shipping? (since its coming from China)
3. How many of these do you have available?

I wonder if its real carbon fiber or a plastic version

The auction says its top quality carbon fiber. So if its plastic, you just complain to paypal and get your money back (if the seller won't take it back).

why did you paint carbon fiber? i guess it comes with mesh, and if it doesnt fit, ill complain to ebay and get my money back.

why are we talking about spoilers in a grille thread?

I've seen this XD2 grille for sale a lot in the past few months, and nobody seems to have complained that it doesn't fit. Check feedback - if they've sold 'em before, people will have something to say about 'em. Looks good, though. Especially if you do up the surround in gloss black to match your car. :D

I still don't know why nobody has picked one of these up (and let us see/know). They seem to be a good grill, if I had an XD2 I'd be all over it.

I guess you guys missed my For Sale thread. I just sold this grill, to golfino if I remember correctly.

It will fit perfectly, except not like stock. There are no factory screw holes. The little "wings" you see to the left and right will have to be drilled, and then screwed to either the upper portion of the bumper, or to the bumper brackets coming from the core support. Hard to explain, but if you have an XD2, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I sold it cause I really didn't want that look. I'm just going to modify the factory one a little bit and that's it. Great quality too, solid fiberglass, or covered in carbon fiber, and the mesh is incorporated real nice, has tabs that were baked in with the fiberglass that holds the mesh in place. High quality mesh too.

It will look great!!!
