whew. i saw that, and was like...i hope its not 150$ off the main kit for the "bolt on" kit he was talking about....whew.

maybe if theres a sale in spring, i will get a SC set up if $ allows it

no. if i ever decide to go FI again, itll be a SC, and itll have a 10psi pulley, and w/ the headers, should take it down to 8-9psi, which will be all i will need. if i go turbo, i always have the ability to up the boost with minimal work, and itll be one of those situations "if i turn the boost up just a little more, i can beat that car" more and more and then ill do it once and blow the engine. s/c needs a new pulley to change boost, which makes it more work.

i know my elantra will never be a 13 second car, so i refuse to dump a lot of money into it, but i wouldnt mind beating some v6 tibs or an rsx

Lol like evan stated above... its kind of hard for someone to dish out a couple thousands within a week's notice unless they were REALLY planning on getting boosted at this point in time and had done the savings ahead of time... So this years sale may give incentive for some people to start saving up for the "next" sale so that when that time is upon us they will be ready for alittle discount on a very big investment. So hopefully this becomes an annually thing even if demand from this year was low.
