Ok guys~!
So my dad is going to buy me the Roadruns Grill from Korea and he asked if i want it painted
As you can see in this pic...

http://www.evofusionusa.com/TeamSR/Hyundai/04elantra-roadruns.html

the grill already comes painted in that cool grey color (direct translation from Roadruns company)
I told my dad no, I dont need it painted...
But now I am starting to think, the part above the grill that's attached to the hood... is painted in flat black
That means my grill won't match that part and my car would look weird...
So I am thinking about asking my dad to get it painted either in flat black or gloss black (my car body color)
Which color do you think would look good???
Btw, the company from which he's ordering will paint the grill if asked for a reasonable price
Thanks,

Edit: I was looking at my car, and I am starting to think... is our grill in flat black or cool grey color??? it looks lighter than the black molding on the sides...

i believe the grills on our cars are flat black. it has no glossy appearance, leaving only one choice left lol

as far as color goes.. i think the gray it comes in should be fine (assuming its paint). if its primer get that **** coated! :)

i believe that that "cool grey color" is also known as primer. i would paint it. if you don't wanna go to a body shop to get it painted because it's such a small piece, i would go to hyundai and buy the spray can of the matched color of your car.

it doesnt look like primer. it looks like a gray/silver

for 165$, it better not come primered

don't ever underestimate evo-fussion! my car is still at the body shop from the deer i hit two months ago because they don't send out the right products or they don't have everything in stock. the friggen kit litterally took a month and a half to get everything, then my front bumper didn't fit. that was another two week wait.

did you mean overestimate? :P

i've heard good and bad things about evofusion.. so i'd only buy from them if its off ebay.. that way i can complain to ebay AND paypal.. even though paypal is owned by ebay.. in case something goes wrong

Well I am not using Evofusion to purchase this item
My dad is in Korea right now, and he will be buying it there for around 100 dollars
He said he can ask the shop to paint it if i want... so should I get it painted flat black? or leave it in cool grey color? (it's def not primered, it's painted~!)

Paint it.

yes. Flat/matte black, to match current trim. A glossy painted grille with flat black hood trim (on the 04-05 GTs) would look pretty terrible.
