Installing Oil Gauges

I need a little help to install my Oil PSI and Temp gauges. I got them for free awhile back and I need a sender for both I believe. I'm not quite sure though. They are just the gauges and that is it. If I need to buy a new sender lemme know so I can look into it. Is there a way to splice the wires from the sender to the gauge? I have never done this install before so alot of help is needed. Thanks.

what type of gauges did you get?

you should have a couple of threaded connectors and tubing if they are mechanical. if its electronic you will need the sender unit

I got Stewart Warner Gauges, and I figured out how to hook them up. My dad is getting me the senders for them *same place he got the gauges*. So thanks for the info though.
