air dam question

hey guys...question...a while back i was browsing and found (on some forum somewhere, not sure which...im slapping myself for not marking it) something interesting and now i cant find it...it was pieces of black plastic that go behind the air dam (on an 04-05) that look like a front spoiler maybe...i dunno...it kind of filled in that 'empty look' that the air dam seems to have...im not a car expert so i hope im using the correct terms here...anyways any ideas anyone??

It was on this thread. Someone with a Tidal Wave colored Elantra, for the spots around the fog light, right?
