I'm so ****ing pissed off right now. This is bull****. My day started off ok and now its just ****ing gay. I had an orthodondist appt. this morning and the ****ers took 1hr and 43 minutes to ****ing see me. I get home and there isn't **** food to eat. My sister, after being married thinks she is the **** now and that no matter what anyone does everyone has to respect her. BULL****. She did some ****ed up ****, blamed it on me, and then made me look bad in front of my ****ing brother in law. I ****ing hate that, when people make me look bad. For crying out loud this guy is a ****ing trauma surgeon and she thinks that its ok to make me ****ing look bad, **** that ****. My little brother, who is 16, is one ****ing immature son of a *****. You can never count on him for anything. He has the mind of a ****ing 7 year old and acts like a 5 year old. He annoys the **** out of me. THIS IS ****ING BULL****. To top it all off, the girl who stole my heart and made me fall deeply in love with her, kind of fought with me yesterday...and now things are kind of ****ed up between me and her..I LOVE this girl....and things can't seem to just workout between us. We both know we LOVE each other and all she ever asks for is "TIME" which I think is bull****. TIME TIME TIME....or she'll say "we can't rush into things" that is ****ING bull**** I AM SO ****ING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW AND ALL THESE PEOPLE NEED TO ****ING GET PUNCHED IN THE ****ING FACE TO ****ING WAKE UP OUT OF THEIR LITTLE *****ING.

Ok, looking back, when I was 16, I was a punk kid as well, unreliable and I acted like a five year old...expect that from your brother and you won't be dissapointed. Sucks that your older sister thinks that she's all that now that she's married. I don't have a positive flip side to that at all, it just sucks.

The girl that totally stole your heart and made you fall in love with her...

I was in love once before my wife, and three times while we were dating (this first love and I) she broke up with me or asked for more time. She totally made me fall madly in love with her and then sometimes she would just go cold and for no reason. You have to realize that women are retarted about relationships sometimes (no offence to any women on this site, because us guys can be pretty dumb sometimes as well). Anyway, your best bet there is to tell her that you agree, that you think time is a great idea.

Before you tell me that's a dumb idea, it's not. You want proof of this, read "Love Must Be Tough" by Dr. James Dobson. It's a great book that outlines the background to divorce with some good principles that can be applied to dating relationships as well. When a woman thinks that you're getting too clingy, she wants to bring back some excitement (what she actually wants is stability and love, but just doesn't know it yet). So she asks for time and surveys her options for the next exciting hot guy that she can find. If you are all like "but sweetie, where are you going, what do you need time for, I love you...shmoopsie" she doesn't see you as a man. You need to be loving, but strong and firm. A good idea is to say "Yes, I think that time apart would be a good idea at the moment, there are some things that we should think about and I think that if we didn't see each other for a week or so, it might make it a little easier."

SHE is all of a sudden going to start wondering why this is happening. Then the instinctual need for stability kicks in and most of the time, you have a woman who is asking why you feel you need the time, and someone who all of a sudden wants you back. I had time apart from my wife when we were dating and this is how I handled it. I ended up with a much better relationship. My first girlfriend who I played the card of lovesick fool with, ended up walking over me every chance that she had. My wife now respects me and treats me with dignity because I was strong and I was manly like she needed.

This is in no way a psychological trick that is to be played. If you treat it that way then you will lose her either way. This is a way for you to regain your manliness and show her that you are strong enough as a person without her, but love her enough to respect her. It is a winning combination.

I hope this helps.

Sorry for the long post

You want proof of this, read "Love Must Be Tough" by Dr. James Dobson.Good post, rob. I just thought I would point out that while I've lost a lot of respect for Dobson and his whole Focus on the Family stuff with the militant pro-Christian stance (and I'm a Christian myself by the way), a lot of his advice is based on good solid human nature and common sense. You don't have to buy into the Christian political slant to benefit from some of the stuff he has to say.

Hang in there, BlkElntraDrvr. Part of maturity is learning how to deal with life when it ****s on you. No fun right now, but you'll be a better person for it in the long run, believe it or not. Two bits of advice-- don't let yourself sink to the level of your tormentors; take the high road. And secondly, Nolite te bastardes carborundorum. That's Latin for, "Don't let the bastards wear you down."

Just keep on fighting onward. Whenever things get bad just remember, if you walk long and hard enough eventually you'll come out from under the clouds.

Don't give up.

I can agree to the punk thing around 16. I'm 17 and some guy pissed me off at work (being an ***, calling me slow, saying i ****ed up dishes that he ****ed up etc etc) so I decided to take a box of potato starch (white powder we use to coat meats in to braze them better to seal in flavor blah blah) and starch his Eclipse. I got off work before him, did the deed and a few co-workers helped by wiping it everywhere. I come back around midnight to go out to eat with a few of the guys after work and they say "omg Jeramie get out chef brian (who alrdy hates me) is ****ing pissed." I asked why and they said "dude that wasn't pablo's Eclipse it was someone else"

I found out the next day that it WAS his, I alrdy knew this. All the chef said was "don't do it again" which was a lot better then i thought it was, thought I was gonna get fired. So now i'm waiting for payback, but I always park next to another Elantra GLS that works at BJ's next to us. So if he does nething to my car I'm gonna say "dude the red one isnt mine the black one is you dumb ****!"

So what im getting at is...don't worry about immatureness, you were PROBABLY the same way and just to hit em if he is being dumb =P

How old is everyone here? For starters I would never destroy someone else's car, you wouldn't want someone doing that to your car?

Things could be a lot worse, you sound like you have a roof over your head and an a nice car. I understand how love can hurt but your still young, use this time to focus on things you want to do. I know it's a tough thing to do when it's still fresh but in the long run it's better than stressing your self out to a mental break down.

Hopefully letting it all out on the forum makes you feel better.

^^i would never vandalize a car unless it was done to mine first
some punkass threw eggs at my car, luckily i found out who it was that night (i had my elantra for 1 day by then) and went to his house and pissed in his gas tank and shoved a potato so far up his exhaust that it reached one of the resonators in the piping... man was that a sweet payback. just to let you know, i had done nothing to him other than have my girlfriend for a lot longer than he had his... i think he's in jail for drug deals and a meth lab now. good for him
