Man this pisses me off I ordered my box, and my 2 kicker S12L5's from HiFiSoundconnection.com (Have ordered from them before mind ya so I Though it would be good) anyways I got one box which was 1 kicker sub factory sealed on the label it said 40 lb and trackign said that aswell I Thought it was both subs because they usualy weight about 20 each turns out I called the company they taped them together and did 1 shipping label although there is no tape residue on the box where they "taped" the boxes together and the ups label said "sig required, but the driver signed for it and left it (because my mom has a biz they sometimes do this at our house) so it wasnt up to me or my mom to refuse it because we where not home
But basicaly im missing a $100 sub factory refurbed ($300 new) and no real proof I did not get it.. and even now the 1 sub I do have is damaged the steel basket is bent.. HiFiSoundconnection.com is a direct reseller listed on kickers website so I probably will be making complaints to both and having paypal do a chargeback possible but I still recieved 1 sub and the box and all they have ot say is look at hte wieght and say it was sent... I have all ups's paper work and i'm suppose to get the drivers sig saying he only dropped off 1 box today
