omg i have never been hungover before but this sucks so much ***. last night we were pregaming with some everclear... probably not the best idea. then me and a couple buddies went out to a party. suffice to say after 11 o'clock i don't remember anything. apparently i went to taco bell and got a spicy chicken burrito lol. i don't recall any of it... i have to be at work in 2 hours and this sucks!!

Gatorade before bed is the best preventative measure I've found...every time you're gonna go out drinking, buy a half gallon bottle of gatorade, drink as much as you can before bed...keeps the hangovers away pretty well...

(Of course, I've never drank to the level you describe before, so it may diminish in effectiveness at a certain point...)

hangover cures are different for everyone.

Some people take that Chaser pill, others chug water before bed (which can actually be bad for you...too much water can make your body crash of sorts)

I even know someone who when they have a hangover they go out and eat a hotdog. And it works for them.

usually when im hung over, my cure for it is sex :D and lots of it in the morning

yeah when i wake hung over in the morning i have found that gatoraid works better than regular water. power aid works even better than gatoraid.
