Where does everyone usualy put them on in the front? I test fit some of my buddies old 36" front ones today by taking out the drivers headlight and putting it infront of the rad (wont fit from top/bottom).. also I cant decide neons or leds... party because the front I dont want those little blue dots showing through the grill and on the ground but I know leds hold color better

also changed that 12" neon I had in the trunk out with a 36" one thats mounted over my subs.. soon to come flip-flop trunk :)

i would go with LEDs just cause they will last longer. if you get a good brand of LED lights there close enough to where you dont get a bad "dotting" effect. and there just a bit easier to fit into tighter spaces since some are a bit smaller than neon tubes. thats just me tho i like LEDs over neons. i know people who wouldnt be caught dead with LEDs under there car. but yea. look for some pics of the good brands.(dont no any maybe street glow???) but good luck man.

Hey Gun5, I just got my neon kit installed this past weekend. My dad and I spent a few hours Friday and an hour or two on Sunday to do the job. It looks great!!! I will get pics up as soon as I can. My brother is good at taking pics with our camera so I want him to take them. But the neons definitely make my car stand out at night! When I drive at night, everybody just watches go by, and people have actaully even stopped to complement my car's look. Big Thumbs Up

By the way, they are Street Glow Blue Series and the color is neo-blue. My dad got them from Crutchfield as a Christmas present.

Yea, I got the purple streetglow gold series, the only time I can have them on moving, driving around the mall, people stop and admire. That and cause its different from the 5 other cars with blue ones.

Put the front one on that lip thingy on the front bumper, and on the back, you'll have to put it on the lip of the back bumper. If it wasnt raining i would take pics for ya...

are u sure LED lasts longer?
because i read a detailed paper on both neon and LED... and the rumor that LED lasts longer is a BS (made up by the LED sellers)
Because yes, LED lasts a long time but NEONs will last forever
the only way that neons can stop working is if u break the tube
thats why on neon lights, u usually see lifetime warranty whereas with LED lights, u only see 3~5 years warranty
Also, like u said, LED comes with the dotting effect
So, Neon lights up nicely and more brightly
Anyways, GUn5, good luck with ur neon installation, blue would look nice with ur red car
im also considering purchasing blue neon lights for my car
i would be getting the 12 pc with remote controller on ebay
(4 for underbody, 4 for each seat, 2 for dash, 2 washer nozzle)

i too am thinking about a blue undercar kit, when i get $100 to get from the auto parts store here and the time to put them on

that and i cant find any blue kits here, just the stupid pink ones... which would be nice, on another car than mine...
