How about a section on road trips?

The best thing about my LittleGT, is how much fun I have on the back roads of Central/East Tennessee. I have put 78k miles on my car in less than 3 yrs. 50% has been on back roads. I hear everyone talking about what mods they have done, mine is stock (no $$$ for mods). But I do not hear anyone talking about where they go?

Does everyone just parks the cars in the driveway, to be looked at? I don't think so. Why not have somewhere to post your best/worst roads? Where to you go, to let off steam?

Let us know where they are? What to watch for? Where are the cops? Best places to stop to look around? Good places to eat?

Twice a year, I go to Galion/Mansfield, Ohio and WVa. What are the best roads, other than I-75/71/64?

We encourage people to post about there road trips and adventures in their Elantra, however, there isn't enough of this kind of thing to warrant it's own section. Thanks for the suggestion and welcome to the site!

SuperGLS, you feel that there isn't enough feed back for a section on roads. Why not give it a try, it would only take a couple lines of code (most could be copied from old code). Put one up for a couple of months, if everyone feels that its not needed then take down. But put it in our faces, that way, there would be a place for us to talk about roadtrips.

How about the group that just had a club meet, this would be a great place for it.

Our EDIT feels that the Administrators has not been doing enought to make the club members a part of this club (I could be wrong, but this is how I am reading it). She/he has been a member for a year and half, and can not get a section on pics/video's. I see that you can post pics of your car in the Profiles, but give us a place to put pics/video's that we feel that is important/funny/whatever.

PS: evan938, I will be going to Galion/Mansfield in Aug. I remeber some back roads between Col./Mansfield, want to burn some gas when I come up?

I know that I am a new guy here. But you keep saying that you want to get the memebership up, here is two ideas that may help. At less give it a try??

Concerning the videos section:

This site is dedicated to the Elantra. Not people humping cats, or people driving their SRT's into mud, or throwing sciccors at people, etc etc. The occasional post about such things is welcomed and usually sparks a good thread, but that's not what it's all about here. You don't see people talking about Elantras on sites dedicated to that kind of stuff, do you? People will just post stuff to post stuff, not for any real reason, it just seems like a waste of space to me.

By the way, I edited your post because there is no personal attacks (however mild) allowed on this site (please don't go searching for such topics and ask why we didn't edit every single time this happened, thanks).
