In Response to January's COTM!

This is all in response to the January Car of the month...not hatin' on her "RD" cause it is pretty hott...but it's not an "XD" now is it...wtf...that kid yamaha or whatever with that tan elantra should have won...that ****er had the most crazy **** I've ever seen in an Elantra...how many of you ****ers can say you gotta ****in' computer in your car?

so what his pictures won't super huge...big ****in' whoopy...that thing was bad ***...sucks it had no motorwork...but some of the former cotm looked about as stock as possible...cause it ain't hard to put rims on a car...

I'm in a hatin' mood at the moment...

COTM this month, as every month, is voted on by the members of EXD. Whichever car the majority of the people thought was the best - wins. There's always a difference of opinion on which car is better, and that's why there's a poll. In some months, no owners of heavily modded cars enter - that's when a more 'basic' Elantra wins COTM. Back when I was modding my car, I lost COTM to cars with expensive bodykits, etc. And probably could have won COTM on months when only 'basic' modded elantras were entered. It all comes down to who wants their particular cars entered in that month - then, it matters what the population who visit this site think of the entries.

There are rules and guidelines set of for COTM, you dont follow them thats your fault. Rules are rules! If you can put a puter in your car than you can take proper size pics. No sympathy here.

It's not that big of a deal.Sean won because there was alot of people on here that liked the way his car looked.Rules are rules man.We voted as we seen fit.

Dude, your SERIOUSLY messing up here. JumpMan was the member of EXD with the tan XD with the computer. I have the J2 with the turbo going in that won Jan. car of the month. Yeah, he had a computer in his car, some rims and tint. A computer is just a computer to me.

How many turbo's have you seen in Elantra's? I think a turbo is a bigger leap then the computer thing he did. I think your hating on the wrong person here. Granted, my car isn't the sacred XD, but it's still and Elantra.

You can be in the hating mood all you want to dude, but don't be hating on my car. I've been an active part of these forums since I joined and have no beef against anyone here, but you need to chill. I've done everything on my own on that car, and I'm not going to be taking **** from some member that strolls in every once in awhile to post whore such as yourself. I also thought "WTF"when I saw Yamaha won, because I thought that only XDs could enter and win. But it really doesnt matter and congrats to Shaun on being the only J2 to win.

I really love this mentality. Did you know you can buy a 2MP camera (all that is really needed for 800x600 pics) for less than $100? We were not a big stickler on the 800x600, look at some of the past winners, if the pic was close in size then we let it slide, his were not. I am not saying his car was not nice, he just did not follow the guidelines that were in place before he nominated his car. He was sent a couple of PM's to fix them and was also given the opportunity to fix them while his car was still in the poll (FYI everyone that has never been done for another member).

As for Yamaha winning, he deserved it, he has been a contributing member and has a nice ride. I am going to lock this now. I just do not like people who have no clue as to what they are talking about taking the pleasure of winning from someone who has earned it.

*edit* And yeah, technically you guys are right the COTM was intended for XD's, does this mean we should not let the XD2's run either?

And Yamaha did get prior approval before he ran.
