Elantra Emblem Fell Off

Using Internet Explorer, go to www.hyundaiusa.com. Under the "Owners" drop down, select "parts and accessories." Go into the parts extranet and you can search for all the different parts, with model number, for the Elantra. To be helpful, I think they may actually have the Elantra listed as XD car or XD elantra or something like that - so it's at the bottom of the vehicles list.

Actually Ilan eblems dont look bad. Do they replace the crooked H? I mean do they fit that spot?

See, we didn't know that. We thought it might be out on the highway somewhere. If you want it to go back on, go find some 3M Emblem glue and use it sparingly.

Take a credit card or your license card and scrape it off. NEVER touch it with a razor blade, haha. I got some stuff... Citrus Goo Gone.. it helped a bit.

what you could do is try this:
materials needed:
1 tissue
1 screw driver

step 1.
fold the tissue until its real small,

step 2.
put the folded tissue on top of where the glus is

step 3.
take the screw driver and gently and carefully put it against the tissue rubbing to get the glue of.

or do the same steps but with a paper towel and add a little soap with water.

thats what i did when i took my elantra emblem off. hope thats helps.

I was changin my brake so i had my car parked a little sideways and a little point outside the garage, my dad press the wrong bottom on his garage opener and closed myside of the garage and the garage came crashing down on top of my back bumper and scrapped my emblem off. I got a few scratches on my truck lid.....

Well i got the glue off it looks like ****.... So i guess i have to get my dad to cough up the 30 to but a new emblem.

(Dealer is 25 online store is like 15)

I think he wants some of that cheap dealership rubber cement like stuff??? I would just use the 3M Emblem Adhesive, works like a charm.

The older one has the word Elantra and then XD underneath it. I don't think they are for sale anymore, plus the new ones like shown above are cooler.
