pry it out with a screwdriver, OR:
take the sidemarker out and use the hole to pull it out

tryed that (prying sidemarker) but theres big clips on the inside I cant get to because of the frame... I dont feel like dmging the paint to all hell around the molding

I'm sure Ilan will be able to help out here.
Also, I think it's best not to pry at it with a screwdriver unless you are covering it with a strong rag or cloth.

DO NOT USE A SCREW DRIVER!!!!
This is real easy, but it does take an extra couple of minutes. Grab a Phillips screwdriver and remove the two tabs holding the inner fender well stuff from the bottom of the bumper.
Then reach up inside and push the side marker out. You'll be able to feel the tab that's holding it in and you can push it out.
Next, take your index finger and thumb, and gently press on the top and bottom tabs holding the black molding in on the INSIDE of the bumper.
Once you get it started, it will get easier as you go.
I can get you pictures later after work if you don't quite understand what I'm talking about.

Take a Small Screwdriver, Put some tape on the end and pry the molding on the edge then grab it and pull, Make sure you disconect the bulb.
