Okay, first let me start start by saying I am a customer service wet dream... I am the a nice guy, always even-tempered, never want to cause a scene. Mainly because I work at a dealership, and have realized the crap people put each other through, and alo how much further being nice USUALLY gets someone. Now onto the beef.
Okay, so December 11th, I ordered new brakes and rotors through speedyperformanceparts.com or whatever the site is. I figure the dealership wants 180 for the back brakes installed, so I could justify 330 for brakes and rotors all the way around, and do it myself. I ordered the EBC rotors, and GREEN stuff brakes. Two days after placing the order, I get an email stating that part of my order would be delayed and shiiped from the factory in 10-14 business days (from what I have heard a few other people got the same response when they ordered off ebay). OK, cool, not a problem. Rotors show up on Dec 27th, I'm thinking everything is going fine, brakes in any day, and my car will be back on the road... So New Years comes and goes, no brakes, couple days later, still no brakes, ao on like the 5th or 6th I began emailing and calling them. Always busy when you call, you have to call after hours and leave a message. So I emailed them problem 10 times in the last 2 weeks, never got a response, never had my phone messages answered, and all I was asking them for was an approximate due date, a tracking number, anything. So Tuesday, I was a little fed up, wrote what some might consider a rude email, copy & pasted it, and sent it to them several times (to make sure they got iot, and my point, lol). So I finally get an email back, and they give me a couple tracking numbers. The first number is shipped, literally, that was what they had as the number, and the second was for the package I had already recieved, that sure helped!!!! So I bombard them with emails again today, but when I get home there is a package at my door, EBC in big letters across the side, I'm stoked now, brakes are in, right?? Not so fast. They sent me RED stuff (previously mentioned, I paid for GREEN, thats what I want) and there was only one set of brakes, not front and back. Needless to say, more hatemail followed me finding that out. Ok, I'm not the best flamer, I don't have to use every profanity, like I said earlier, I'm pretty mellow. But if anyone every deserved to have their home burned down, wife raped and saudamized, and children eaten alive, all whilethe watch, suspend from meat hooks, slowly bleeding to death begging for mercy, its these rat bastards (I am by no means threatening to do this, or condoning this type of behavior, but it makes me smile when I think about it). Sorry for the weak flame guys, if I don't have some kind of resolution by next week, this will be edited with a WW tho, hahaha
