Marine speakers?

Is there any reason I should not or could not use marine-application speakers in my car? :cool:

I thought the only diff. was that marine speakers held up better to the elements. I imagine that this 'toughness' may lessen sound quality and response a little, but I don't see why you couldn't use them. I do, however, think you may get a better speaker for less money if you stay out of the marine market. Just a thought.
