"body color white"

Can't you read? Geez. Why not just ask for full sentences? Why not ask to have words spelled all the way out?

So unreasonable...

I agree. Paint it white with black (or silver) mesh. It'll look nice that way.

Also, welcome to the site, I look foward to seeing pics of the car afterwards.

and the prime rust-oleum painter touch primer do

and the black mesh i will use rust-oleum gloss proective enamel

or should i go with paintscratch.com

also i was sanding and the chrome just started to flake off so i removed it all and it is plastic that i sanded
any issues you see that will cause problems

you could also check out a junk yard for the top chrome piece (gls) or black (gt) and try to paint it so you don't mess up the one you have now

For your mesh, I would suggest the Dupli-Color Flat Black/Gloss Black wheel paint. It has a higher tolerance to heat, and is more chip resistant than other Dupli-Color products.

For painting the fiberglass, I would go to the dealership and pick up a pint of your factory color paint and spray it on. It's kind of expensive, but at least you know it matches your car's paint.

I'm having to do this with my grille and gauge pod.

As far as sanding the plastic piece that was chrome, go over is with an 800 grit piece or higher. This will smooth the plastic and get rid of any scratches that may have been caused by using a lower grit sand paper. Even better, start with 800 and work up to 1200 grit, this was the plastic will be as smooth as a baby's butt when your done. If you are painting it, only use these grits of sandpaper after you've put a couple of coats of primer on.
