I'm at this little point right now where I don't really like Shark Racing...1 cause they're all the way in Korea...and 2 cause I bought those damn angel eye headlights and one of they're brilliant employees decided taht they would put the pos and neg wires on my left headlight right before it touches the LED...so now I have one headlight working and the other...I'm sure you can figure out on your own...

yeah...and since it's 5:45pm here it's probably sometime the early AM over there...f-in' A!

get to wait another 3-4 hours for an e-mail response...

whenever I get this junk setup right I'll post some pics...the right headlight looked great when I had them plugged in...

just a warning to you guys...

This has been talked about plenty of times, especially on the old XD.com. I agree with you, I dont like shark racing because of there bad customer service skills and the fact that they take days to respond to emails.

well I've had bad experiences with them, it took them 4 months to refund my money...and after that they stopped shipping to Canada. They blamed it on the mailing system. Good luck with your lights bro. Did you get your turbo yet btw.

They've been very good to me so far, everything I've ordered has shipped right away. My gf accidently ordered the automatic cf pedals, and they said just mail them back and they'll send me the manual ones... so we'll see how that works out.

they offered to either let me send them back the headlight or get 50 in credit for the site...

they also said that they thought they might have put the red as neg and the black as pos instead of vice versa...even though I straight up told them what was wrong with it...

the pos and neg touch inside the assembly...

so once they respond I'm letting them know that I'm reshipping the one headlight back to them...

as for the turbo plans...

I've got my Greddy T-28...my turbo head gaskets, my 500cc injectors, my custom made manifold and downpipe, and my high flow cat...

I'm still waiting to order the low comp pistons and the cams...getting to it...

as for the rest...I think I gotta order the tuned ECU from Shark racing from what it looks like...

HAHA what IDIOTS, I get more and more turned off by sharkracing every time I hear a negative story about them.

It's a shame we have to knock these guys, and others, who have created an aftermarket for us.

But, unlike here in the U.S., quality control standards aren't the same, and with the lead times in getting products to us, customer service does slack off.

It's unfortunate that they left the U.S. They should have stayed and opened a factory of sorts right here, they would have grown big. But some companies don't plan long term, and this happens to be one of them.

It sucks you've had problems with them, and I listen to the members here. I won't order from them, or other un-mentionable companies that are off-topic here.

Good luck on the return of the product. I'm interested in how that turbo project goes...

I'm just hoping that this all works out cause for the hour that they worked was Awesome...they looked so phat it was insane...

if I could reseal it to a point where I knew it wouldn't let moisture in I'd fix it myself but yeah...

when you spend $400 for headlights you'd expect them to work...

yeah I'm looking forward to this June being the set date of the turbo swap being DONE...

also swapping out transmissions too...

this is going to be a good summer...
