This is why you don't street race. The fitting punishment would involve at least 10 years of prison in Pakistan. Rich punks racing cars they didn't work for killing a man working for his family. You know they won't spend another day in jail.

they'll go to jail for like 2 months and it will be served over the weekends, not to mention they'll do "Community" service for like 200 hours, fined, and of course driver's license suspended for 5 years. BUt is that really worth a man's life.............. NO!!!!!!!!!!!! That's our system though... love it or hate it.

There is a time and a place for speed. And yes, 99% of the time it is on the track. I wouoldn't get down on EVERY street racer. Some area are setup for it some aren't. I feel you though, they were obviouslky in the wrong and I think as their punishment their family should all be killed - and them left as quadrapalegics...

No offense, but doesn't that seem a little bit more extreme than the old practice of "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooh?"

The punishment should fit the crime at least, and killing family of the guilty ones is a bit extreme, especially since that involves the punishment of more innocents.

Just send these punk kids to the northern mountains of Pakistan where all of the rebel forces are builiding an uprising. Tape big signs to them that state that they murdered a Pakistani man. Justice will be served for sure. This breaks my heart to read. That taxi driver was working to become a citizen and make big things happen for his family.
