Avante XD? Elantra GLS?

hey im new to this site and i got a question, i found that website www.kspec.com and saw that they have headers for an avante XD i was wondering if that is the same car that i have (2003 elantra gls)just in a diff. country or something and if they will fit my car, and will they still fit if i buy the evo cat back exhaust and work together well. :confused: thanks alot you guys help me out alot when i have questions i need answered :)

Yes, Avante XD is the name of our car in Korea, so anything with that name on kspec, dreamka4u, and perhaps other sites as well, will all be for the Elantra. Also, I believe (could be wrong and will find out when people read this and comment after me) that the headers from kspec and the evo cat back exhaust are both bolt on, and as such should fit up together. You can search each item individually on the site and see if anyone says they are not actually bolt on. Or just wait for me to be flamed on here if I am wrong!

The "XD" part in korea is refered to 01-06 elantra models since they all share the same chassis (underbody). Though on the site we call the 01-03 models "XD1"s or (plain XD) and the 04-06 models "XD2" due to many exterior differences and the CVVT assistance in the engine. Kspec and dreamka4u are focused on American business so I believe they would make sure that their products are meant for the Beta2 engines in the American 01-06 models.

interesting. i have no clue where that is lol, i know cities and towns. thats about it. how far are you from point of rocks or poolesville? im from Northern VA and can be in MD in 20mins tops.

im in the very northeast of MD im about a little under a hour north of baltimore. you might have heard of the drag strip we have. people come from all around to it ( cecil county drag strip)
