I can only change the search time thing for the entire forum. The reason it is on 30 is because if you have it less than that it can really use up server resources. I'll talk with my host and see if they think moving up to 20 would be a problem. We'll see.

So I went to pickup the decals today and when I got there the guy was like "Can you come take a look at something with me..." So I went into the back where they do the work and he tells me that the formats I provided won't work. He said he needed .eps (Adobe Illustrator). I gave him .jpg, .psd, and .eps (from Adobe Photoshop). Apparently it needs to be vector based or something. I told him I didn't have Illustrator and didn't know how to use Illustrator.

Basically they never looked at until today and then realized they couldn't do it. The guy said he would try to trace the logo using Illustrator (which is what I did in PS with the Path Tool in order to enlarge the logo) and go from there. He said he would try to do it tonight and to call him tomorrow. I told him that it needs to look EXACTLY like the logo, because if it doesn't, it isn't really the logo, now is it?

I'm going to call him tomorrow like he asked me and see what's up.

yeah, thats what im doing with the INXD decals im making up, but the guy i go thru uses corel photo paint and draw...but if its vectorized, all they gotta do is send it to the printer, i love technology

I would want the silver ElantraXD winshield banner but the name of this site just had to be ElantraXD!
I debadged my car so people wouldn't know it was a Hyundai Elantra and judge too quickly (some idiots hear some dumb negative rumors about Hyundai) :mad: .

Maybe you could lessen the price of membership if you didn't include all of the stuff that comes with it. ie you could charge $18 for the pro membership with all the features but the decals (saving yourself the hassle and cost of packing and mailing and saving the would be member $2).
or you could add only the black name and the more PM storage features and charge only $15

Just an idea because some people may not be able to afford the $20 or if they're like me they really want only the black name and the more PM storage features. I'm happy to pay the $20 because it supports EXD but others may be more interested in buying the pro membership like a car with options packages.

How do I renew and how much is the subscription now? I know that I initially paid $20 but was informed that renewal would be a lot less than that.

You should get that email that the others got and then you'll know it's about to expire. It does it on it's own. But, I'll reset the others that paid and get the new people set up too.

EDIT- Toy, you were about to expire on the 15th, you've been renewed until the 15th of 2008.

Yeah but when you deal with credit cards, you need to deal with a third party company that deals with the cards (like worldpay? for kspec), which costs a lot and is not worth it for the small amount of people who don't use paypal.

Felix just re-upped his Pro Membership and I noticed there was a couple other people that might be expiring soon. To extend it one year just send me a whopping $6 and you'll be gravy to go.

I'm hoping that when the new vB 3.7 is out that I'll be able to give Pro Members some more benefits. I'll keep everyone updated.

Don't worry, you won't be billed! That's just the generic email. If you want to renew just Paypal me $6 and you're set.

Nothing, because your Paypal account is setup without a CC (I think), it takes a couple days for the money to clear. As soon as it's in my account I will activate your membership.
