CBS 2 News of New York just announced that Central Park currently has 22.8 inches of snow and it is still falling. Making it unoffically the second highest snowfall recorded in New York City of all time!!

My parents flew home this morning from their weekend visit down here (They live close to Allentown) I haven't heard from them yet, but if its as bad as people are saying up that way, they flew into that whole mess.

It is more like 8" around here, I was a little low in my other post.
I made the worst attempt at a snowman ever, it's about 3 feet tall, haha.
I'll be glad when its gone.I use to love it when I was in school, but now that im in the working class,it sucks. That and it makes for very boring days.No one wants to do anything because it's "too cold"

thats why you just peg people in the back of the head with snowballs and blame it on others, or run

I didn't feel like going back outside to get a good picture, so here is one through the apt window. It's hard to see just how crappy it really is.

There wasn't much snow here in Central PA. More than there's been for most of the year, I guess, but other than that, the snowfall was really pathetic. It'll be gone by Monday I'm sure.

We need that storm here... we haven;t had a snowstorm here yet which is really wierd...And i want the snow.... i only got 80 miles on my sled so far this year... so please all of you chant or do a dance or sumthing to get that snow moving this way....

26.9 out in the city... ONLY 20 inches here (officially)...but hard to get a true measurement.... damn gusty winds....totals at my dads house (where I currently reside but I do have an apartment in the city) vary from 9-16 depending on which area you measure.... we got jipped.... damnit....still had to go to work at 2:30 am this morning... full shift... surprisingly... regional didn't call us until 11 to tell us to close...got stuck with my car on the entrance to the street.. had my shovel with me to dig myself out... so it doesnt count.... hahah

I used my snowblower to un-bury my car. Public Works didn't appreciate me throwing back into the streets, @#$w them...They bury my car.... I un-bury my car...About 12+ inches fell here in NJ, with drifts up to 24 inches...This also gave me a chance to see how well my Falkens Ziex 512's perform in bad weather. Wet roads - good. Sleet and rain - decent. Hard packed snow - so so with some slipping and sliding. Results - not a real snow tire even though it had the M + S rating on it.
