Feeler: reverse glow black face speedo gauge

I spoke with streetracerparts and I'm trying to get together 7-10 people to get 01-03 black face reverse glow gauges made. Is there any interest from anybody. Once there are enough people interested there will be a buy-in page just like with the HVAC buy-in.

They quoted me a price of $79.99 :eek: :( since they are not sure if the black will sell as well as the white, plus $8 shipping. Apparently they have to make a minimum of 50. I'll try to haggle with them as much as possible to come down on that price. The more people that are interested, the easier it will be to talk them down on the price.

If blackface were available when I started my car, it may have changed the whole look of my interior (since silver was available, that's the way I went). Although I'm satisfied with my gauges, I hope you guys get enough people together to make this happen.

Also, please read carefully and note that these are for the XD only, not the XD2 - they have a different, 3D, gauge cluster.

yeah, I might be interested...if they have both miles and kms on the gauge (I've got Evan's old ones at the moment which have miles in big numbers and kms in small ones...I can live with that!)

It's a two wire hookup, positive and negative. It's that easy. As for price, I'm not sure yet, however, the price on their site for the white face gauges is 59.99.
