Help with bouncing windows

God, i wish there were a computer help section here... but anyway

I have 2 problems. i have windowblinds (demo version) and if anyone has a crack to send me, please do.

Problem 2, firefox randomly bounces with loaded pages unless i hit refresh. any idea on teh cause of this? and a possible fix?

I had a wierd problem with Just IE a while back - everything on my PC was fine except for scrolling Web Pages...I troubleshot till i was blue in the face...

Guess what it was.....Video Card. yup didnt and still doesnt make sense but for some reason my Vid card was flaking out and it just decided that scrolling a web page was no longer allowed....

I'd say check that if you have the means to.
