On a serious note...if that guy that he shot died, does anyone thing he would be charged with involuntary manslaughter. I kind of think he could get away with more than the pres. could.

No, what happened does not meet the definition of involuntary manslaughter (http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/m011.htm).

No, what happened does not meet the definition of involuntary manslaughter (http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/m011.htm).Hmmm.. well I'm no lawyer but I when I read this... MANSLAUGHTER, INVOLUNTARY - In order for a person to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter the government must prove that someone was killed as a result of an act by the person;
Second, in the circumstances existing at the time, the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life or was done with reckless disregard for human life; and
Third, the person either knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others or knew of circumstances that would reasonably cause the person to foresee that such conduct might be a threat to the lives of others....I see that 1) we know he did it, 2) it was done with reckless disregard for human life and 3)he knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others :confused:

Haha, no. I'm no bush/cheney fan, but he wouldn't get charged because the guy he shot failed to announce his presence when he was walking up to them. Not saying that he wasn't stupid for shooting him in the first place, but the guy should have followed the recommended hunting procedure.
And to stay on topic... what a funny "game" that is.
