Are you sure that was the guy flying out of the SUV? It looked like a couple of legs flopping around but I didn't see arms. The resolution isn't that great. It could have been something else from the truck.

[edit: on further review, the more I look at the video, the more that looks like a body. If he was conscious as he was flying through the air, I think the impact on the pavement did him in before he got run over.]

not realy funny, but if you're gonna be dumb and do shti like that, then you gotta be man/woman enough to deal with the consequences, this guy...well...i cant really say anything about him because i dont know why he was running, but regardless, he was fleeing the cops...its just one less body to have sitting in jail...so in a way, he had chosen his own way for the death penalty

In town here, there was a drunk driver that got into a fender bender. When they tried to stop him, he drove off into oncoming traffic and got "what he had coming to him".... he crashed head on with a minivan. Unfortunately, it was driven by the mother of one of my coworkers and she was killed as well.

In this film, it doesn't look like any such collateral damage, but it's still in poor taste to make light of this kind of stuff. In my opinion anyway.
