Help converting an mpeg-4 movie to mpeg3 or avi?

I need to convert this short movie clip from mpeg-4 to mpeg-3 or another simple format that any winslows computer can play with mediaslayer ...

Widows Media Player v10 plays it just fine. Older versions might not, though.

BTW, if anybody got to actually watch the video.. that is me doing a 1 minute trackstand.

That is where you are on a bicycle and you stop rolling, you balance the bike on 2 wheels without taking your feet off of the pedals... =)

I do it at just about every red light I get stuck @ that isn't safe to run through...

WOOT.

(this was taped about 20 minutes after I learned to do it... so I'm still kind of green and I do come off at the very end.. I'm a lot more stable now, and I found that I am even more stable if I remain clipped into the toe clip pedals..)

I use enhance movie 2.0 myself, it can convert any format to another as long as you have the codec installed on your machine.

so first install
http://raceonlimit.zapto.org/raceonlimit/programs/DivXCreate.exe
then unrar this two files into the directory where you instaled THE CONVRETER (that means that youll hawe a DIVX CONVERTER directory and you need to put files from rar there and the converter.exe from RAR needs to replace converter.exe that instals from divxCReate.exe)
oh yeah and when you convert yust rename file.divx into file.avi or something else it will work

please let me know if anything goes wrong i hawe abuot 3GB of rar files in one directory and all of them are similar so i hope i put the right one
