Some of you may have noticed a thread before the switch over about help with with the SR pully set from shark racing. Now for anyone who has kept up my self and hatchet have both at least once now asked for a refund as SR seems to think that sending a V-belt pully to replace a V-belt pully is the answer. The response that we both got back was that hey the pully they sent should help and they could not understand how it was the wrong pully. now mind you I like SR I've gotten 3 things from them and this is the first I've had a problem with.. All I want though IS MY FUGGIN MONEY!.. Sigh I needed to vent and Hatchet if you see this keep me updated on how things are going on your end I have e-mailed them again . :crash_com
If you did the transaction by credit card just send the stuff back to them and contact the credit card company to have the charge reversed. If you did a check or money order good luck with the customer service dept.

ya I did by Credit card. Problem is this has been like on going waiting since like Feb or march .
Call the credit card co and see what they say anyways. Explain to them the retailer shipped something to you that will not work and you've given them time to correct the problem and they haven't solved it yet. Tell them you want to send the non working stuff back and have the charges reversed and you should be money.

Yea, call the credit card company. When I got ripped off for Rims on eBay, It wasl about 3 months before I called and talked to Discover Card (I had too much faith they'd show up). My money was refunded immediately while they investigated. I got my money back and Discover deals with the one who ripped me off. I win, that guy loses.

I'm w/ ya Guess. Good ideas 2GTS. I've been asking for the correct part for over 2 months now. See guys, this new 3 piece pulley kit (crank,water,power) came w/ 4 groove belts/pulleys, except for the power steering pulley, which is for a single v-groove. Nothing else is v-groove, therefore it cannot not be attached to anything and is absolutely useless. Now Guess & I have been communicating back and forth w/ Sam Sunwoo over at Shark ever since. At first they didn't even understand why it wouldn't work, I had to email them a pic :confused: Then they said oh, we'll send out a stock part from a stock car :conf: Guess got his, another v-groove. I never got mine, good thing too, I would have been even more ticked. I emailed them back and said I don't want a stock part, I want the part that I ordered and paid for back in the third week of January. I sent them a good pic of the correct part (although J-Speed as opposed to GIM) from the kspec site and said if you can't send me one of these, then I demand a refund in the amount of $140 (keeping crank, then order water & power from kspec, sold only as sets, I asked). That's where I currently am. The response was, oh - ok, now we understand :rolleyes: We'll Fed Ex out the correct part tomorrow & you should receive it next week. Yeah right, we'll see...their customer service makes me want to :pukeface: Good luck Guess, I'll keep ya posted if/when that thing comes in.

I had similar issues with them when I ordered SR front and rear strut bars for my 04 and 02.
The front one would not clear the engine properly on the 04 and the mounting brackets for the rear bars were crooked, the bar could not be mounted and they were not welded properly! I asked them to send me 2 new sets of rear brackets to remedy the situation....For weeks Sam insisted that the rear brackets were fine and no one else ever complained...I HAVE THEM IN MY FRIGGIN HANDS AND THEY ARE NOT FITTING and of POOR QUALITY I told him...they strung me along for a little and would not send me new stuff so I called the credit card company...they talked with them and then Sam wrote back that he was insulted and personally hurt (boo friggin hoo :fiddle: ) that I would go that route..maybe taking things so personally is a Korean thing. I told him I was just coverin my a$$ on this and felt like I was getting jerked around....after that he agreed to send me a shipping label and I sent their crap back.
I would never buy directly from them again....WHEWWWW That felt good to get that off my chest :cool:

Damn, got a stock v-groove power pulley yesterday, boy am I p*ssed. I emailed Sam saying "you've got to be kidding me!" He responded by asking if my car came stock w/ a v-groove power pulley. WTF??? Are our cars that different in Korea? Or is it that after like more than 3 months of my b*tchin', he still hasn't looked under tha hood? I swear, I discourage all from ordering from sharkracing.com :angryfire

what pisses me of I got 3 things from them in totally 2 are great I could not ask for better parts but the third was the pully set and its been nothing but a pain in my *** . :kick:

After this rather nice E-mail from Sam I'll not be ordering from these Jerks ever again. I can't beleave how ****ing rude someone can be and how goddamn pig headed I can't wait to get my money back and from Now on I don't think anyone should order any ****ing parts from shark as there Cust service sucks and there a bunch of ****ing idiots.

That sucks that you paid by Paypal. Paypal sucks *** for many reasons, but my main gripe is that by using them, you're agreeing to give up your chargeback/dispute rights with your own credit card company and Paypal's fraud handling is terrible to say the least.

your right, that is for TeamSR, same people or just sharing company names? On the other hand, I know from personal experience that TeamSR customer serice is very good. hmmm...

They used to be the Same people but Team SR is now supposed to be there own company i.e Evo Fusion... this whole thing is not sitting well with me. On the other hand it maybe going back to TeamSR due to that fact that the orders in Dec through like Feb where all handled by TeamSR.. not really to sure though.

Everytime I ask Sam something I get a rude answer or I'm treated like a dumb **** who has no Idea what I'm talking about and I'm getting sick of asking you know what I mean. I'm sending my stuff stright to the addy thats in his sig every time he E-mail's us and I told him I want a full refund for the shipping because there at fault for this whole Cluster **** .

Well I just recently sent out the pullys Joy of joy. now mind you Sam (I'm so better then the ****ing people who order from me ) Sunwoo Said that he would pay us back for the shipping as he decided to be a flat out jack *** and not give me any info on how to ship it to them where it need to go or anything so I took the addy out of his e-mail and sent it there. So I went to UPS and pretty much pissed my self when I was told it was going to be $113.69 to ship back So I took a deep breath and said fine lets do this and get it over with and made sure I got proof of it all. So the other day my Mom sends Sam an e-mail as I have let her take over handling this as she tends to keep a level head about it more then I do. She inclosed a scaned copy of one of the receipts to show Sam how much everything cost. Tonight we get an e-mail back which reads like this
You shipped it practically the most expensive method available and you want me to pay for all of it? Sorry, but no can do. It would have cost you about 30 bucks to have it shipped via the postal service. It had cost us about US$25 to ship the package to you via the postal service. Even via UPS, I just calculated how much it would cost, and it came out to 85 dollars.

So The way I take this is Sam is pretty much saying that I'm a ****ing liar about how much it cost to ship back to them. Ya know I've had it with these ****ing people I really really have I mean who the hell sends 2 Serpentine pullys and one V-belt and then does not under stand what the ****ing problem is and has the nerve to tell me I don't know what I'm doing. There are enough ppl from cali here. I would find someone close to go have a face to face and get the money. Preferably someone BIG. I had to do this in past with some jerk in Georgia who didn't want to send my refund. He changed his tone when my 250+ friend was at his door. Hehehehe! Internet folks who jerk people around just need one good visit to change their minds IMO.Money refunded.

Well see the Thing is is the guys at TeamSR helped me out and got me the invoive that they had from when I placed the order but they are no longer working in conjunction with shark racing so they can't help me and I have to handle everything through the korean office.

i had a problem with SR.... my rear strut bar didn't fit. after e-mailing sam everyother day for about 2 months he finally said he was gonna send out a new designed bar and that i was to send the old one back to him. well...... then the new bar that i have i swear is the new mussa bar. anyway..... i have both bars now and im not paying out of pocket to ship the old bar back. if sam wants it he can pay me first then i'll ship it. but i'm done with SR too.

To Korea, 6 - 8 wks shipping time by boat for 13 something dollars. I called TeamSR about the label I had received (because I had requested two) and they said the one was for a return (to Cali) on a purchase I had recently made (a broken 04 taillight). Since the pulley set purchase was made from the SR site, it had to go back to Korea. I finally got it mailed off about a month ago, so I guess I'll just wait another month and hope I get my refund too.

I actually got the return label from that JO after 6 weeks.....i still hope that SR and Sam get a flesh-eating bacteria.....or have to watch "Crossroads" for a week straight with his eyes taped open and a steady supply of amphetamines being administered so he cant sleep through it...

I finally got refunded (not on shipping though).
I apologise this took so long. We've been pretty busy, and I completely forgot about this.
I only emailed them about 20 times over like a 6 month period!
