Especially when you are ordering them individually.
That means the wheels are f'ed up.

I would not buy them.

I think that they were probably stored incorrectly and are scrached up but I'd still buy for pure performance. $89 ea. for used is still a great price for RPM's. I'd buy them if I didn't already have my Storm's although mine are about ~1 lb heavier.
